Alpha Automation and Controls limits access to personal data on our servers to the management team members who are aware of their responsibilities to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of that information.
The Alpha Automation & Controls DCM software uses, a secure, flexible application called Alpha share server. Databases have been configured with areas of documents that are managed. Users are assigned access to each database as appropriate. The Operations Director controls documentation access. Customer may require data to be maintained on isolated drives, with specific access controls defined by them.
As per GDPR requirements Alpha Automation and Controls will notify the Data Protection Commissioner (DPC) of a data security breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, unless the risk to rights and freedoms of data subjects (i.e. customer, supplier, employees) is unlikely.
